Setting:

Setting button can set three display modes:

1, F-0 mode: Display output voltage;

2, F-1 mode: Display input voltage;

3, F-2 mode: Alternately display input and output voltage;

Press the "SET" button to cycle three display modes, the corresponding led indicator will be on or off, then press the"ENT" button to save and exit. Press the "ENT" button only to turn on/off LCD screen backlight.

Manual Calibration:

Voltage: Press and hold "SET" button then power on to enter voltage calibration mode, the screen starts to flicker. Release"SET" button, press "SET" again to increase, press "ENT" to decrease, then you can calibrate the input voltage. It will automatically save after 2 seconds.

Current: Press and hold "ENT" button then power on to enter current calibration mode, the screen starts to flicker. Release"ENT" button, press "SET" to increase, press "ENT" to decrease, then you can calibrate the input voltage. It will automatically save after 2 seconds.

If the output voltage cannot be adjusted, it is because the default voltage is about 20V. Anticlockwise rotate ADJ-V 10 circles above till voltage value has changed, then the voltage can be adjusted normally.

Applications

Note that constant adjustable current need the true load output current to be more than the set current in order to enter constant current mode, otherwise it will be constant voltage state. Constant current state will be enabled when output voltage is above 2V.

1. Use as an ordinary step-down modules with over-current protection capabilities.

Instructions:

(1) Under no-load conditions, adjust the "constant voltage potentiometer "ADJ-V", so that the output voltage reaches the value you want;

(2) Outputs directly shorting module (coarse find articles or forceps wire shorted to the output terminal, NOTE: Do not short-circuit when the tuning voltage), then adjust the constant potentiometer "ADJ-I" make display the current value reaches the pre-set value of the over-current protection; or connected to the load current is also adjustable. (Such as on-board ammeter shows the current value of 4A, then the module maximum current is limited to 4A, 4A constant current LED current to the red light)

(3) Connected to the load and work.

2. Use as a battery charger

Instructions:

(1) Determines that the battery float voltage and charging current; (lithium parameters if 3.7V / 2200mAh, then float voltage of 4.2V, the maximum charging current 1C, namely 2200mA)

(2) Under no-load conditions, adjust the "constant voltage potentiometer "ADJ-V" so that the output voltage reaches the float voltage;

(3) outputs directly shorting module (coarse find articles or forceps wire shorted to the output terminal, NOTE: Do not short-circuit when the tuning voltage), then adjust the constant potentiometer "ADJ-I" make display the current value of the charging current reaches a preset value; or connected to the load current is also adjustable.

(4) Charge turn lamp current factory default is 0.1 times the charging current; (Battery during charging current is gradually reduced, gradually converted to constant voltage charging by the constant current charging, if the charging current setting is 1A, then when the charging current is less than 0.1A when charging indicator light off yellow, full blue indicator lights up and the battery is fully charged), charging is complete, disconnect the battery terminals, then disconnect the input to prevent battery reflux damage the module!

(5) Connected to the battery charge.

3. Use as a constant current LED driver module

(1) Determine what you need to drive the LED operating current and the maximum operating voltage;

(2) Under no-load conditions, adjust the constant voltage potentiometer "ADJ-V" so that the output voltage reaches the LED operating voltage;

(3) Outputs directly shorting module (coarse find articles or forceps wire shorted to the output terminal, NOTE: Do not short-circuit when the tuning voltage), then adjust the constant potentiometer "ADJ-I" make the current value reaches the preset display LED current; or connected to the load current is also adjustable.

(4) Connected to the LED, the test machine.
